The Patient and Family Advisory Council of Canyon View Medical Group will serve as a representation of the patient population and collaborate to create opportunities for open communication, stronger patient relationships, and improved patient care. The Council will strive to identify community health needs and be a catalyst of hope, health, and prosperity throughout our community.
