People have always been my passion. I’m deeply curious about their challenges, their perspectives, and the stories that shape who they are.
This curiosity led me to serve seven years in the U.S. Navy, where I worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at both Naval Medical Center San Diego and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. These experiences deepened my commitment to helping others.
In 2019 I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, beginning with substance abuse treatment, where I supported individuals and their families through some of life’s most difficult challenges. Today, I bring that experience to individuals, couples, adolescents, and children at Canyon View with a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. My areas of focus include ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, and LGBTQ+ issues.
Outside of work, I am passionate about building connections with new people and serving my community.
