With over 17 years in the medical field, I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles that have shaped my approach to patient care. Before moving to Dallas, I spent about eight years as a charge nurse at Utah Valley ER, where I handled everything from emergency situations to being part of the Stroke Team. I also worked on a dialysis floor in the hospital, which gave me a deep understanding of critical care.
In Texas, I shifted gears a bit, working in surgery and becoming a certified nurse injector. Now, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I focus on seeing the bigger picture when it comes to patient care. I make it a point to really listen to my patients and work together with them to make decisions that can improve their lives. Building strong, trusting relationships with my patients is something I truly value.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s camping, traveling, or just enjoying nature with my three kids. I also have a passion for painting whenever I get the chance. I was an active member of the North Dallas Nurse Practitioner Association before moving back to Utah, and I’m always looking for ways to stay involved in my community.
