I’m Dr. Taylor Sorenson, a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with a strong focus on mental health and integrated, patient-centered care. My path into medicine began at Southern Utah University, where I completed my undergraduate studies, and continued at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences for medical school.
I completed my residency in Family Medicine at Full Circle Health in Caldwell, Idaho, where I had the privilege of serving as Chief Resident. Eager to deepen my understanding of behavioral health, I stayed an additional year to complete a fellowship in Primary Care Psychiatry. This training solidified my passion for caring for patients with mental health conditions and substance use disorders, and continues to shape my approach to compassionate, evidence-based care.
I grew up in the small town of Aurora, Utah, and have always loved being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or boating. After eight years of medical training, finally returning to Utah truly feels like coming home. I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for the people of this beautiful state and honored to be part of their health journeys. When I’m not in clinic, you’ll likely find me chasing adventures with my husband, our son, and our Rottweiler, Brew.
