Throughout my career, I've had the honor of serving in various key roles that have shaped my approach to medicine. During my residency, I was appointed Chief Resident at the University of Nebraska, where I honed my leadership and clinical skills. I then took on the role of Instructor at the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston, TX, sharing my knowledge and passion for medicine with future healthcare providers. My journey also led me to serve as Chief of Medical Staff at multiple bases across the United States Air Force, where I was entrusted with overseeing the medical care of our service members.
As a Family Physician, I love caring for people at every stage of life—from newborns to those in their later years. I believe in really listening to my patients and making sure they feel heard and involved in their care.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve developed a mobile application called “Quizzl,” which offers Continuing Medical Education (CME) through a quick daily quiz. The app is available on both the Apple Store and Google Play, designed to make learning both accessible and engaging. When I’m not at work, my life revolves around my family, church, and a serious love for woodworking. I enjoy turning wood on a lathe to create bowls, pens, and all sorts of other things. It’s a hobby that lets me unwind and get creative.
