I’m Susan Greer, a family nurse practitioner.

Helping patients achieve optimal wellness is at the core of what I do every day. As a dedicated family nurse practitioner, I enjoy the challenging and rewarding field of community health. I care for patients with compassion and a high level of expertise!

I’m also a clinical instructor. In educating other nursing staff about the best nursing practices, I feel I’m contributing to my community, while training new nurses to use updated treatment plans and protocols. It’s a privilege to be able to serve the Southern Utah County community and I look forward to providing you with a care plan that helps you to live a healthy life!
